Evernote is a free website that you can use with your choice of device and platform.
It is the perfect place to clip a webpage, type up notes, and post to do lists or reminders.

I have found the best success using Firefox. To clip a website, go to this link and find the icon that says "Drag it to your link bar" and do just that! Web Clipper
