Smartboard as Assistive Technology?

Now that you have that new, shiny Smartboard mounted and ready to be utilized, how do you use it to reach all of your learners? The Priory Woods School page may be able to help you get started.

This website features hundreds of lesson plans, programs, and activities that are ready to be downloaded and used with your Smartboard. It also features programs that are switch accessible or work with pointing devices.

Try one of the Interactive Talking Story Books. The stories are brought to life through sound effects and interactive features that get the students involved in the story. Or try one of the Useful Educational Programs that cover basic math and language art concepts. And who couldn't use Lesson Plans and Teaching Ideas that include all students and are ready to download and use?
