PLAY OF THE WEEK--TAGXEDO

OVER TIME--More March Madness--Tagxedo--if you have used wordle (wordle.com), then you know about word clouds.  Tagxedo is another word cloud generator that allows you use images to create very unique word clouds.  The Tagxedo website has a gallery of examples...make sure you check out the word clouds in the shape of a face, for example, Mark Twain.  I uploaded a simple H with lightning bolts (BLUE STREAKS) and then copied and pasted the text from our last edition of the Insider.  As you can see, some words are larger than others...the larger the word, the more times the word was used.  Scroll over the image to see what happens.

If you are ready to create your own Tagxedo word cloud, click on the "Powered by Tagxedo" link above to get started.  The images can be downloaded, printed, saved online, or embedded into your webpage as above.   Be sure to check out the gallery and 101 ways to Use Tagxedo linked off their website!!!!

ENJOY!!!! (if you need help with Tagxedo, please contact one of your friendly ITRT's for help!!!)
